Review by NOM’S brand ambassador, Rachael on Privé’s Brunch menu:

After a nice and breezy stroll along the bridge, it leads you to Privé café, a blue “ocean” themed café makes you feel even closer to the sea. Privé is very kid-friendly and you can be sure your kids will be well entertained, all the way from the Cartoon Network to a mini playground!

If you are hoping for your regular Eggs Benedict, Privé’s rendition – Baked Eggs in Bread Bowl with Melted Cheddar, would be perfect. They have it in mushroom & spinach (Vegetarian option) or ham & sausage. My personal favourite would be the former, and they do a really good bread bowl with oozy flowy eggs.

Both the {Pan-Roasted Seabass} and {Baked Squid Ink Rice} were amazing in their own way. Fish being very fresh and goes super well with their garlic-butter sauce, you just want to have more! And the Squid ink rice is surprisingly not overly oceany, I love that it is tomato based and rice al-dente.

Review by NOM’S brand ambassador, Liang Yu on Privé’s Dinner Menu:

Privé Café has always been well received by diners regardless of the different outlets and over at Marina at Keppel Bay, it’s of no exception.

To start off cafe week at Privé, I’d love to kick off by mentioning the atmosphere. Privé Keppel gives off a sense of tranquility as you dine by the water’s edge. Interiorly, it’s specially designed to feel right at home, especially so for kids, with a children corner and TV set showing popular cartoon channels and a ‘kitchen corner’ that resembles one at home.

Some popular dishes that you might have heard or even agree would be their award-winning Eggs Benedicts, Wagyu Burgers and Sticky Date Pudding.

For café week, Dinner Menu – $35 nett, Privé has prepared a good variety which includes two completely new items that I can’t wait to talk about!

For starters, if you’re a fan of salads, the Charred Broccoli Salad will definitely not disappoint. Fresh selections of broccoli, lettuce, avocado and blistered grapes already makes the perfect combination of sweetness but that’s not all! Topped with generous portions of Virginia ham, spiced almonds, Spanish onions and finished off with shaved Parmesan and a drizzle of honey-garlic dressing, this starter itself left me wanting more!

Privé Café Dinner Menu - Boston Clam Chowder (Image from NOM'S Brand Ambassador, Liang Yu)

Otherwise, Boston Clam Chowder will appetize any hungry tummies! Hot, creamy clam chowder served in squid ink bread, made from scratch in their very own kitchen, is definitely something I’ve not come across before! Clam stock is as flavorful as I’ve expected and even after taking photos of the meal, soup remained comfortably warm!

Privé Café Dinner Menu - Linguine Aglio Olio (Image from NOM'S Brand Ambassador, Liang Yu)

Linguine Aglio Olio, a new main that’s here to stay! Fresh, big Chilean scallops served with rather thick slices of smoked bacon and generous portion of wilted spinach made the dish really yummy overall! As a big fan of seafood, I really enjoyed the Chilean scallops! For those who seek for something flavorful but not too big of a portion, the linguine aglio olio’s definitely the choice! Reason being, you’ll want to leave some space for their commendable desserts!

On Privé’s Dinner Menu Desserts:

Privé Café Dinner Menu - Sticky Date Pudding (Image from NOM'S Brand Ambassador, Liang Yu)

Sticky Date Pudding has always been a hot favourite (even for me) for many but look out ~ as Chocolate Posset might just clinch the top for desserts!

Chocolate Posset, a creamy chocolaty dessert that literally melts in your mouth with its smooth texture. This bowl of chocolate posset’s possibly the first in Singapore. I’m sure many of y’all might have had Lemon Posset, because it’s not uncommon, but Chocolate Posset? You’ve got to try it to believe it. Bringing the zesty touch from the lemon infusing with sweet chocolaty taste, it surely redefined my thoughts of a good dessert!
